Laura’s Story
I was born with an innate desire to help and support others. This was expressed from a young age as the intention to become a doctor, with all of my studies and extra-curricular activities geared towards this career. However, at 14 years old after my own experience with chronic ill health and ineffective conventional treatment, I was introduced to natural medicine and it felt like everything clicked into place and I had found my calling.
Naturally, life had other ideas and sent me off on various other paths both in New Zealand (my home country) and across the world beforehand to equip me with valuable life experience that I feel enables me to connect with, understand and empathize with people from many walks of life. Through this time I did introductory courses in complementary therapies and also started a diploma in naturopathy in London in my early twenties. Alas, the timing was not right and off I continued on my global adventures.
Finally, in my early thirties after traveling the world (and two careers in fast-paced, demanding work environments later…), the stars aligned and I went back to finish my studies at Endeavour College in Sydney, undergoing a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy.
This qualification included comprehensive study of nutrition, herbal medicine, energetic medicine and psychology as well as biochemistry, anatomy, physiology, pathology and pharmacology to substantially equip us with the knowledge and critical thinking to forge successful careers in this industry. With the foundations of traditional healing wisdom and philosophy alongside scientific research and empirical evidence from industry leaders, I have a well-rounded, extensive knowledge to provide individualized holistic healthcare to my clients.
After a long and colourful road to get to this destination it is a huge honour and privilege, and extremely fulfilling, to support and hold space for others to achieve greater health and wellbeing and lead joyful, balanced, fulfilling lives.

Brittony’s Story
My name is Brittony, I am a proud Pitjantjatjara woman, clinical naturopath and current medical student. I have always felt called to become a healer, I just didn’t know in what form. From a young age, I was drawn to nature, herbs, and alternative therapies for healing.
My journey as a naturopath began with my own health challenges. Like many, I was prescribed the oral contraceptive pill for skin issues, unaware of how it worked or the hormonal imbalances and gut issues I would consequently deal with later on. It wasn’t until I saw my first naturopath in my gap year that I experienced healing, and my passion for naturopathy was born. I have studied and practiced naturopathy ever since.
During my studies, I balanced academic life with adventure, travelling overseas surfing, snowboarding, meeting new people and cultures. I also spent time living on the road around much of Australia and visiting my Indigenous family in the desert. I worked as a musician throughout most of my degree and became an artist. All of these experiences were transformative, helping me reconnect with myself and my purpose in this world. Toward the end of my naturopathy degree, I deepened my practice through yoga teacher training with one of Swami Sarasvati’s first students, and at the same time was mentored by an Ayurvedic naturopath. This period was pivotal in helping me connect deeper with my intuition and nature’s rhythms - something I aim to foster in the patients I work with.
Today, I live on the South Coast of NSW, where I practice naturopathy part-time while pursuing my Doctorate of Medicine at Wollongong University. My dream is to become an integrative GP and naturopath, bridging conventional and naturopathic medicine to make holistic care more accessible—especially for Indigenous communities. I truly believe both approaches are essential for health.
When I’m not in clinic or studying, you’ll find me in nature, playing music or spending time with friends and loved ones. I’m constantly inspired by the ocean, and the beautiful coastline and bushlands that surround me. My intention is to become the most authentic version of myself, guided by my intuition and the natural world.
I so look forward to connecting with you.

About Naturopathy
Naturopathy is a holistic and complete system of healthcare that considers all aspects influencing an individual’s health and wellbeing, including physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social and environmental factors.
Naturopaths aim to treat illness, imbalances and disease at the root level to restore health and vitality to their clients. Underlying causes of ill-health are investigated through comprehensive case taking, diagnostic testing and clinical examination.
Restoration to health may be achieved through personalised dietary and lifestyle advice, herbal medicine, nutritional supplementation, homeopathic remedies and/or flower essences alongside health education and life coaching. This is delivered within a warm, supportive and empowering environment.
